Job summary

SeeAbility in Birchington is looking for a dedicated Male Support Worker to help a client with autism and learning disabilities. The role focuses on consistency, patience and compassionate care to enable fuller, more independent lives. A manual UK driving licence is beneficial; sleep-ins are paid as part of the package.

You will work 37.5 hours per week with guaranteed hours, receive paid training and join a friendly, supportive team that values a values-led approach and person-centred support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: Mental Health, Behaviours that Challenge, Trauma‑Informed Care, Autism & Learning Disabilities, Resilience.

Salary: £14.68 per hour (£28,626 per annum) plus benefits. Sleep‑ins are compulsory and are paid at £50 per sleep.
