Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Female Support Worker in Southampton to provide practical daily support to a person-centred plan. The role focuses on routines, independence, and building trusting relationships, with values-led teamwork and supportive colleagues.

You will deliver daily living assistance, plan activities, and maintain clear records. A manual UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential, with guaranteed hours and funded training offered.

  • Salary: £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per annum) plus benefits
