Job summary

SeeAbility in Birchington, Kent is seeking a Male Support Worker – Positive Behaviour to support a young man with autism. This role emphasizes patience, consistency and genuine care to brighten each day, with guaranteed hours and paid sleep-ins.

Join a values‑led team at SeeAbility, delivering person-centred activities, building trusted relationships and helping the individual live more independently. A manual UK driving licence is required and you’ll be supported with training and progression

Location: Birchington, Kent

Salary: £14.68 per hour (£28,626 per annum) plus benefits. Sleep-ins are compulsory and are paid at £50 per sleep.

Hours: 37.5 per week, guaranteed – stability you can count on

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential
