Qualifications

• Significant experience in area sales within the construction or hire industry or other fast-paced sales environments.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities within major accounts to maximise revenue using market insights and management data.
• Build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams, technical teams and senior leadership to drive account performance.
• Travel extensively across the UK.
