Job summary

GAP Group Limited, through GAP Hire Solutions, seeks a results-driven sales professional to own and grow a regional Cumbria territory. You’ll build strong client relationships, cross-sell across 10 specialist divisions, and drive revenue in a field-based role.

Travel across Cumbria is required as you meet clients on-site and at depots, collaborating with Major Account Directors and internal teams. You’ll join the UK's leading equipment hire provider, with growth and uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Proven area sales experience, ideally in construction or hire.
• Track record of smashing targets and revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-builder with confident communication and problem-solving.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow territory by building strong customer relationships.
• Drive revenue by cross-selling across 10 specialist divisions.
• Meet clients face-to-face on-site and in regional Depots.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Major Account Directors to maximise opportunities.
• Represent GAP at trade days, client events, and industry forums.
