Logistics UK is looking for a Major Account Manager (MAM) to join our dynamic team and lead the way in strengthening member engagement, driving revenue, and promoting excellence across the logistics sector.

An effective supply chain is vital to Keep Britain Trading, directly impacting over 7 million people employed in making, selling and moving the goods that affect everyone everywhere. Key Responsibilities
  • Nurturing and growing member accounts, driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Securing renewals and bringing in new business revenue across our services and portfolios.
  • Identifying commercial leads and supporting business development strategies.
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver value and strengthen our membership offering.
  • Managing accounts with precision—tracking opportunities, solving problems, and delivering insights.
  • Representing Logistics UK with professionalism and passion, ensuring members feel supported, informed, and valued.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of the transport and logistics sector (or a strong interest in learning!).
  • B2B sales experience and an eye for commercial opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to influence at all levels, remotely and independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
