Your career as an Outbound Sales Team Leader at Booksy, within our dynamic Sales Team, will place you at the forefront of the UK's beauty industry revolution. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving sales performance, mentoring a team of Outbound Sales Executives, and achieving your own sales targets.

What You'll Do:
- Team Leadership and Coaching: Lead and motivate a team of Outbound Sales Executives to exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide regular one-on-one coaching, performance feedback, and support. Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and develop action plans. Foster a positive, high-energy, and results-oriented environment. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Sales Performance and Target Achievement: Carry and meet your own 50% individual sales target. Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media. Qualify warm/cold leads and conduct needs analysis. Conduct product demos and assist clients with Booksy App setup. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Collaborate with your sales manager on effective sales strategies. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Support the Onboarding team for smooth client activation. Maintain accurate CRM records. Manage your pipeline effectively and adhere to the contact strategy. Attend meetings and training. Participate in ad hoc projects. Stay updated on industry trends. Provide customer and competitor feedback to management. Represent Booksy at trade fairs and events.
- Administrative and Reporting Duties: Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecasts in CRM. Prepare regular performance, sales results, and forecasting reports for management. Handle escalated customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or sales management, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in leading and coaching sales teams, focused on motivating and developing individuals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance individual sales goals with team leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
