Our aim is to redefine what heritage craftsmanship looks like in today’s world, creating a fresh and elevated experience for a new generation of luxury consumers.

The Role

We are looking for a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to help shape and execute our commercial growth strategy across all sales channels - both online and offline - over the next 12 months and beyond. While we see value in select retail partnerships, our primary focus is direct-to-consumer (DTC), especially through digital platforms and innovative experiences that resonate with today’s luxury audience.

You will work closely with the founders and senior team to build a well-rounded go-to-market plan, manage multi-channel sales performance, and lead the development of our annual sales budget and forecasting. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage luxury brand with deep roots and complete creative freedom to help define what modern craftsmanship looks like.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 12-month sales strategy encompassing direct-to-consumer (particularly e-commerce), select retail, wholesale, and other emerging channels.
  • Take ownership of annual sales budget planning, forecasting, and alignment with broader commercial goals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across markets and channels, including partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and market activations.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine brand positioning and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Build and improve internal processes to support scalable, sustainable sales growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics based on data and insight.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all commercial activities uphold our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and luxury.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in luxury goods (such as leather goods, fashion accessories, or adjacent sectors), with a clear understanding of both digital and retail sales environments.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and shaping brand presence across multiple channels.
  • Strong commercial and financial planning skills, including sales budgeting and forecasting.
  • A start-up mindset - adaptable, resourceful, proactive, and unafraid of ambiguity.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumers and how to engage them across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A genuine passion for heritage, quality, and storytelling.
