Fresh are seeking a Maintenance Technician for Venti House, our student accommodation in London. You will be responsible for keeping the building safe and well-maintained, handling routine repairs and planned maintenance to ensure resident comfort.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), with opportunities to develop through our training and development programs. You will work as part of a small operations team dedicated to delivering a welcoming living environment.

Join our team at Venti House as a Maintenance Technician!

Venti House, our newest student accommodation property, which welcomed its first residents in September 2026, is now looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician.

This role offers full‑time hours of 37.5 per week, working Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.

About the role:

Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive working in a role where you are accountable for ensuring the smooth works on minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh have just the role for you!

As Maintenance Technician you be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building.

You will be the go-to expert on all thing’s maintenance, whether its handling routine fixes, tackling unexpected issues but most importantly you’ll be accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for our residents to live!

About you

We’re looking for a hands‑on individual with the ability for fixing, maintaining and improving the building, you will bring a blend of technical expertise as well a strong work ethic, coupled with an upbeat attitude when things get challenging. You’ll need to display a solid background in maintenance, as well as being resourceful and a problem solver for everyday issues.
