Vita Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative at Vita Student in Exeter to ensure the smooth running of building facilities in a customer‑facing environment. You will address maintenance requests across plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, and general repairs, while performing planned maintenance tasks and safety‑driven inspections.
The role demands hands‑on maintenance across diverse tasks with a focus on safety, quality standards, and timely issue resolution.

Permanent, 42.5 hours per week.
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm (Flexibility may be offered).

Calculated & rewarded subject to achieving targets set against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): reducing external contractor call‑outs fees, meeting pre‑set Service Level Agreements (SLAs), preventative maintenance management, feedback and building compliance.
Holidays are paid on a pro‑ratio basis which is reflective of hours worked. Customer Service Assistants will receive 28 days paid holiday including England & Wales Bank Holidays, pro‑ratio.
