Vita Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative for our Vita Student residences in Bristol. The role conducts maintenance across plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, lighting, and furniture, with preventative tasks and regular inspections to keep facilities in top condition.
The candidate will respond to issues, perform minor repairs, and support safety compliance. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, with a 42.5-hour week and a £28,500 annual salary plus bonus and benefits.

Annual Bonus: Calculated & rewarded subject to achieving targets set against Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): Reducing external contractor call-outs fees, meeting pre-set Service Level Agreements (SLA's), preventative maintenance management, feedback and building compliance.
