Fresh are seeking a Maintenance Technician for Venti House, our student accommodation in London. You will be responsible for keeping the building safe and well-maintained, handling routine repairs and planned maintenance to ensure resident comfort.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), with opportunities to develop through our training and development programs. You will work as part of a small operations team dedicated to delivering a welcoming living environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with fixing, maintaining and improving the building.
• Solid maintenance background and resourceful problem solver.
• Strong work ethic with an upbeat attitude when challenges arise.

Responsabilités

• Ensure statutory compliance for the building.
• Manage large commercial waste bins stored outside the building.
• Be the go-to expert on maintenance, handling routine fixes and unexpected issues.
• Make the building welcoming and safe for residents.
