Job summary

Fresh Property Group Limited's Metalworks is seeking a Resident Advisor to help deliver an outstanding place for residents to live. The role is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday on a rota basis between 8am and 8pm.

You will welcome residents at reception, provide excellent customer service by email and phone, organise social events, manage communications through social media and traditional channels, and support the wider team with admin duties including handling rental payments to ensure smooth

Job description

Our welcoming resident’s team at Metalworks are looking to appoint a Resident Advisor to join Fresh and help contribute to the delivery of an outstanding place for our residents to live.

As Resident Advisor, you will work 37.5 hours in a collaborative team Monday to Friday on a rota basis between 8am - 8pm.

We’re looking to speak with individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming and vibrant community, ensuring our residents feel safe, supported and engaged. You’ll help create a positive living environment by organising social events, managing communication through social media platforms, and utilising traditional communication methods. You will also support the wider team with administrative duties such as welcoming residents at reception and taking accurate rental payments to ensure the efficient running of the building.

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service via email and phone and be the first point of contact for residents within the building. As Resident Advisor, we are looking for someone who is solutions oriented, enthusiastic and ready to make an impact.

About you:

We’re looking to speak with individuals who are approachable, passionate and want to help build the sense of the community within the building. You must be able to listen to the residents and be highly organised with your daily tasks. Your excellent time management skills will balance your strong administrative skills, but most importantly, you will help create a safe and welcoming space where residents feel comfortable.
