Job summary

HC-One - Larkhill Hall is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep residents’ environments proactively maintained and safely audited. The role covers building, maintenance, cleaning and basic IT literacy, with training provided.

You will replace taps, fix extractor fans, repair window timber, apply wallpaper and support colleagues with a kind, resident-focused approach. DBS/PVG checks, uniform, meals on shifts, enhanced benefits, and development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; IT skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits and keep records up to date.
• Repair and maintain fixtures: taps, mixer valves, extractor fans, timber, wallpaper and related tasks with care.
• Adhere to safeguarding training and report concerns as required.
