• Qualified heating Engineer with NVQ level 2 or 3 (OFTEC).
• Ideally have previous experience of maintenance and repairs.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Ability to lookahead, plan and work to tight deadlines.
• Full driving licence is essential (company van provided).

Responsibilities

• Undertake both reactive and planned maintenance across commercial and tenanted properties.
• Perform installations following working drawings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Complete certification and work orders to meet KPI's.
