The role requires qualifications in electrical or mechanical services and involvement in a service environment. A driving license is essential. We are looking for an experienced technician to join the University’s Maintenance Technician team, part of the wider Estates and IT directorate. The Maintenance team ensure the upkeep, repairs and general maintenance of the University’s buildings fabric, with particular emphasis on the electrical or mechanical services and equipment, is carried out safely and efficiently.
This role reports to the Estates Team Leader but will need to be able to communicate appropriately with all levels across the University in order to carry out tasks and duties effectively.
