Overview

Branta Recruitment are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of engineers and ensure the effective delivery of electrical and building services maintenance across our commercial portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer looking to step up into supervision, or an established supervisor seeking a fresh challenge.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers across planned, reactive, and project works.
  • Lead electrical compliance works, including testing, inspections, and remedial tasks.
  • Provide hands-on technical support with fault-finding and repairs on electrical systems and associated building services.
  • Plan workloads, allocate resources, and monitor performance to ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company procedures.
  • Support client relationships through clear communication and service excellence.
Skills & Experience
  • Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 18th Edition).
  • Experience in commercial electrical maintenance within facilities management or building services.
  • Previous supervisory, team leader, or senior engineer experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
  • Full UK driving licence.
