Job summary

Talent Consultancy is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator / Repairs Scheduler in Harrow. This office-based, full-time role coordinates engineers, schedules daily diaries, and oversees reactive repairs and planned maintenance to ensure timely, quality service.

The successful candidate will liaise with customers and contractors, manage access, track jobs from enquiry to completion, and monitor KPIs. Strong Excel, CRM experience and calm under pressure are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs scheduling or maintenance coordination.
• Experience in plumbing, heating, facilities management or social housing desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage daily diaries for engineers.
• Coordinate reactive repairs and planned maintenance (PPM).
• Liaise with customers, residents, tenants, engineers and contractors.
• Book appointments, arrange access and handle scheduling changes.
• Monitor jobs from enquiry to completion and follow-on works.
• Handle service enquiries and delays professionally.
• Order materials, coordinate parts and support invoicing.
• Maintain accurate job records and monitor KPIs.
