Southern Housing is seeking a Scheduler based in Croydon to manage works orders, allocate repairs to operatives and subcontractors, and maintain target turnaround times.

The role requires experience in scheduling within a maintenance or housing context, delivering frontline customer service, and working in housing management or maintenance environments.

• Experience delivering a front-line, customer-focused service.
• Experience working within a housing management or maintenance environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule the responsive repair works to be carried out by the operatives and sub-contract resource.
• Ensure IT systems are operated effectively, operatives are using and updating their PDAs appropriately and schedule of rate codes are inputted correctly.
• To ensure repairs are monitored and updated on an ongoing basis in relation to job status, including jobs raised booked within target time, cancelled works orders, repairs without appointments, overdue jobs and all follow on jobs are actioned by the end of each day.

I am currently representing Southern Housing who are offering TEMP TO PERM position for the right candidate.

We are looking for a Scheduler this role will be based at: Unit 11, The Tramsheds, Coomber Way, Croydon, London, CR0 4TQ

The right candidate will:

To ensure that works orders are scheduled through the In-house appointments system, repairs works are allocated to trade operatives, and all works are carried out with minimal average turnaround time.

• To plan and schedule the responsive repair works to be carried out by the operatives and sub-contract resource.
• Ensure IT systems are operated effectively, operatives are using and updating their PDAs appropriately and schedule of rate codes are inputted correctly.
