Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or maintenance environments with planning or stores support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP and Ariba experience preferred.

• Comfort with data analysis and trend reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine maintenance schedules to create an effective plan for planned work.
• Coordinate maintenance request reviews and allocate tasks with timely feedback.
• Develop and maintain robust spares stock management processes.
• Apply 5S principles to improve stock visibility.
• Support performance reporting using KPIs and trend analysis.
• Manage maintenance spend requests with pre-authorisation and proper allocation.
