Pioneer Selection Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Stores Coordinator in Andover to oversee daily engineering stores, keep critical spares available and support planned maintenance to minimise downtime.

The role requires experience in stores/warehouse environments, familiarity with engineering terminology, and a hands-on, proactive approach in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. A strong admin skills and CMMS usage are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores/warehouse with stock control
• Understanding of engineering terminology and common components/spares
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engineering stores and stock levels
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers/OEMs for best value
• Book in, check and issue parts/spares accurately
• Use a CMMS/engineering system to log and allocate parts and stock items
• Maintain strong admin practices and attention to detail
