Job summary

Rich Products Corporation invites applications for an Engineering Stores Coordinator in Andover. The role focuses on ensuring maximum equipment availability by mapping and maintaining engineering stores, and executing monthly stock takes in collaboration with OEMs and suppliers.

You will understand engineering requirements, manage spares, and optimize costs while aligning with PPM planning and safety standards. Prior experience in manufacturing, TPM, and SAP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Understanding of engineering terminology.
• Good knowledge of engineering components.
• Understanding of engineering technical and OEM drawings.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working in a stores/warehouse environment - Stock Control.

Responsibilities

• Work with the engineering team to manage effective stocks and spares.
• Manage a monthly stores budget in line with forecast.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and ensure financial compliance requirements are met.
• Work with OEMs and local suppliers to get the most competitive prices.
• Ordering and receiving spares and keeping stock records up to date.
• Accurately manage stock including scheduled cycle count requirements.
• Using CMMS to log and allocate spares, parts and stock items.
• Support Rich Products TPM program and site engineering manager tasks.
