Job summary

SUEZ is seeking a Production Maintenance Planner in Knowsley to coordinate maintenance activities, schedule contractors, and manage documentation. The role emphasizes administrative efficiency and accurate CMMS data, with involvement in procurement and stock control to keep assets reliable.

You will contribute to planning and communication across the site, ensuring tasks align with operational needs and safety standards. A training program is available for non-engineers ready to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Strong PC skills and experience with administrative systems.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities are essential.
• Clear communication with multiple stakeholders is required.
• Health and safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance, production and engineering tasks.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation, ensuring accuracy.
• Support procurement tasks, raise orders, monitor stock levels.
• Prepare simple reports including KPIs for maintenance and procurement.
• Assist with shutdown planning by organising schedules and progress tracking.
• Communicate with internal teams to align maintenance activities with operations.
