Finlake Holiday Park is seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team, maintaining lodges and facilities to high standards. You will handle plumbing, decorating, basic electrical work and general repairs.

This is a permanent role, 45 hours per week, in a beautiful setting with a supportive team. A full UK driving licence is required to access sites across the park.

Qualifications

• Experience in general property maintenance, repairs and fault finding.
• Skills across multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, DIY and painting.
• A full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Complete property maintenance tasks including plumbing, decorating, basic electrical and general repairs.
• Check and prepare accommodation ready for guest arrivals.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain park standards.
• Observe and uphold Health and Safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Use handheld devices or computer systems to log tasks and updates as needed.
