Job summary

Haulfryn Group Ltd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Person for Finlake Holiday Park to keep lodges and facilities in premier condition. You’ll perform plumbing, decorating, basic electrical and general repairs, ensuring guests and owners enjoy well-maintained surroundings.

You will work with a supportive team, uphold health and safety standards, log tasks via handheld devices, and contribute to high park standards in a beautiful setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and fault finding.
• Skills across plumbing, carpentry, DIY and painting.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.
• Comfort using handheld devices or basic IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete property maintenance tasks including plumbing, decorating, basic electrical and general repairs.
• Ensure lodges and buildings are well-kept and functional.
• Check and prepare accommodation ready for guest arrivals.
• Work with the wider team to maintain park standards.
• Observe Health and Safety procedures and log tasks as needed.

What You'll Do As a Maintenance Person, you will:

• Complete property maintenance tasks including plumbing, decorating, basic electrical, and general repairs, ensuring lodges and buildings are well-kept and functional
• Check and prepare accommodation ready for guest arrivals
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain park standards
• Observe and uphold Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
• Use handheld devices or computer systems to log tasks and updates as needed

We're looking for a proactive and reliable individual who has:

• Experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
• Skills across multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, DIY, and painting
• A full, Valid UK driving licence (essential)
• A good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Customer service and teamwork skills
• Confidence using handheld devices or basic IT systems
