Job summary

Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader for Devon Hills Holiday Park. You will support the Housekeeping Manager, lead the team to deliver pristine accommodation, and ensure guest-ready lodges on time across the park.

The role requires supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong organisational and communication skills, and a hands-on approach with excellent customer service. COSHH and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within housekeeping or hospitality.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
• Confidence leading teams in a busy operational environment.
• Hands-on approach with excellent customer service skills.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operation.
• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver high standards.
• Coordinate cleans and lodges to be guest-ready on time.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Hot Tub teams to maintain five-star presentation.
• Support training, delegation and performance management.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Maintain records using ParcVu and assist reporting.
• Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed.

What You’ll Do

As Housekeeping Team Leader, you will:

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department
• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional accommodation standards
• Coordinate cleans and accommodation checks to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time
• Work closely with Maintenance and Hot Tub teams to maintain five-star presentation standards across the park
• Support team training, delegation, and performance management
• Respond to guest concerns and help resolve housekeeping issues efficiently
• Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies and operational inventory
• Maintain accurate records using ParcVu and support operational reporting
• Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed at all times

You’ll Bring

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within housekeeping or hospitality
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Confidence leading teams in a busy operational environment
• A positive, hands-on approach with excellent customer service skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures

Desirable

• Experience using ParcVu or similar systems
• Experience monitoring guest feedback or operational KPIs
