Job summary

Haulfryn Group at Brokerswood Holiday Park is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Hot Tub Manager to keep lodges, infrastructure and hot tubs safe, well-presented and guest-ready. This full-time role focuses on practical maintenance across the park and coordinating with housekeeping and operations to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experienced in general maintenance or facilities work.
• Hands-on and confident performing repairs.
• Organised with ability to manage workload and priorities.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and hot tubs experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination of maintenance and hot tub operations across the park.
• Carry out a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, decorating and general repairs.
• Ensure accommodation is maintained and presented to a high standard for guest arrivals.
• Support the operation and upkeep of hot tubs, including water testing, cleaning and fault resolution.
• Work closely with housekeeping, sales and operations teams to ensure smooth park operations.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of materials, equipment and chemicals.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers where required.

What You’ll Do

In this varied and hands-onrole, you will:

• Support the day-to-day coordination ofmaintenance and hot tub operations across the park
