Job summary

Touchstone Bath is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our permanent, on-site team in Bath. You will report to the Operations Manager and help manage a portfolio of properties while supporting tenants, contractors and clients to ensure smooth daily operations.

After an initial training period, the role offers hybrid working with three days at home. We value excellent customer service, strong IT skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders while upholding safeguarding with DBS

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Comfort with using IT packages and systems.
• Experience coordinating with tenants, contractors and landlords is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage maintenance for a portfolio of properties.
• Triaging maintenance issues to the correct contractor and ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and clients and process supplier invoices.
