Touchstone Bath is recruiting a Void Coordinator to manage a portfolio of properties for let, ensuring client and statutory requirements are met. The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers hybrid working after an initial training period.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role, is proficient with MS Word and Excel, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role (Receptionist, Front of House).
• Experience conducting administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of properties to be marketed for let and ensure compliance.
• Monitor performance, update systems, and liaise with staff as needed.
• Raise and process paperwork and keep records accurate.
