Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Customer Advisor to join the Touchstone Bath team on a permanent basis. The role is based on site in Bath with hours from Monday to Thursday 9:00–17:30 and Friday 9:00–17:00.

After a one-month training period, the role offers hybrid working (three days at home). You will proactively manage maintenance for a portfolio of properties, liaise with tenants, contractors and the client, and ensure queries and invoices are handled promptly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using various IT packages.
• Track record of working with multiple stakeholders.

• Proactively manage maintenance for a portfolio of properties.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and clients to resolve queries.
• Ensure supplier invoices are paid promptly and accurately.
