Job summary

Places for People in Bath is seeking a Property Administrator to join our busy property management team. You will provide administrative support, review tenancy agreements, process utility bills, and manage mail while meeting SLAs and KPIs.

This FTC role is based on site at Touchstone Bath with an initial 2–4 week training period, then hybrid work (3 days at home). Hours are Mon-Thu 9:00-17:30 and Fri 9:00-17:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role.
• Proficient with MS Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work towards SLAs/KPIs.
• Experience of property sales is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the property management team.
• Review tenancy agreements and process utility bills.
• Handle incoming mail and general office duties.
• Assist with reporting and coordinating with other teams.
