Job summary

Taff Housing is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our in-house repairs team and drive safe, efficient maintenance across all homes. You will manage responsive repairs, voids, planned and cyclical maintenance, and fleet operations while building strong supplier relationships.

You will use data and customer insight to improve performance, productivity and value for money for tenants, ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards across the Property Services Team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in a building-related qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality repairs services.
• Ability to plan complex workloads across trades.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of WHQS/HHSRS and health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing responsive repairs and voids service.
• Oversee internal repairs operations, including responsive repairs, voids, and planned maintenance.
• Manage budget and resources to deliver value for money.
• Use performance data to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
