Job summary

Target Housing Ltd seeks a Service Manager – Property Administration to lead our Property Administration Team and Domestic Operatives at Bradmarsh Business Park. You will ensure the service runs efficiently, delivers high-quality outcomes and meets KPIs while building strong relationships with internal and external customers and contractors.

You will oversee repairs, scheduling and delivery of works across the portfolio, promote continuous improvement, and drive compliance with Health & Safety

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Property Administration Team and Domestic Operatives, supporting performance, development and wellbeing.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and team meetings, ensuring staff are informed and clear about expectations.
• Recruit, appraise, coach and develop team members, identifying training needs and ensuring mandatory training.
• Manage investigations and disciplinary procedures where required, in line with organisational policies and procedures.
• Monitor day-to-day repairs and ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.
• Oversee the effective and efficient scheduling of works, ensuring jobs are completed within the required timescales.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with landlords, contractors, internal teams and external customers.
• Regularly review service processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Monitor the planned programme of cyclical works, helping to ensure properties within the portfolio meet the Decent Homes Standard.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation, particularly Health & Safety requirements, and ensure these are reflected in service delivery.
• Attend relevant training, management meetings and one-to-one meetings as required.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Target Housing's policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the aims and objectives of the organisation.
