Worthing Homes is seeking an accomplished Repairs Manager in Worthing to lead the responsive repairs service and develop a high-performing team. You will drive quality, performance and efficiency while managing budgets, contractor performance and safety standards.

You will lead the approach to damp, mould and condensation and align repairs with asset management priorities, providing senior leaders with assurance on performance and risk.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of managing responsive repairs, maintenance or property services.
• Experience of procurement, budget management and financial control.
• Understanding of regulatory and legal housing repairs requirements.
• Ability to use performance data and customer insight to improve services.
