Job summary

North Devon Homes are seeking a proactive Maintenance Team Leader to join our Asset Management team. You will provide day-to-day supervision of our investment delivery activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role offers the chance to lead, support and develop a dedicated team while helping us continually improve the way we deliver repairs and maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and delivering maintenance and repairs to high standards.
• Strong knowledge of roofing, windows, doors, kitchens and bathrooms installations.
• Ability to manage internal and external contractors and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage maintenance activities within time and cost targets.
• Lead on-site health and safety and provide team leadership.
• Coordinate with Investment Delivery team to achieve service objectives.
• Oversee procurement, stock control, and contractor management.
• Mentor team members and support service improvements.
