ETS Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Manager for a major UK food manufacturing site in Callington. You will lead the maintenance team to maintain plant uptime, manage preventative maintenance and drive reliability improvements.

The role requires flexibility on shift patterns (days 8:00-17:00) and offers a salary of £68,000–£75,000 with benefits including enhanced pension, private healthcare and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of plant equipment, maintenance systems and reliability.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure site availability and reliability.
• Plan, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and HSE to drive safety and continuous improvement.
