Qualifications

• Experience in a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager role within a large manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a maintenance department of engineers, technicians and team leaders.
• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across a large manufacturing facility.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Manage maintenance KPIs, budgets and departmental performance.
• Identify recurring failures, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term actions.
• Support machinery upgrades and capital investment projects.
• Collaborate with production and senior management to align maintenance with manufacturing needs.
• Develop engineering capability through training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across maintenance activities.
