Job summary

ETS Consulting Ltd in Melton Mowbray is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance team and keep facilities safe and reliable.

You will supervise engineers, plan preventive maintenance, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Health & Safety teams to drive performance and continuous improvement. Qualifications

Experienced Maintenance or Engineering Manager
Experience in a Food or FMCG is a massive preference
Well qualified in Engineering discipline

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the site maintenance team, including engineers and planners.
Make sure plant, equipment and utilities are safe, compliant and well maintained.
Plan and manage preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
Respond to unplanned issues quickly and safely when they arise.
Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
Manage contractors and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
Monitor performance using maintenance KPIs and act on trends.
Control maintenance budgets, spares and resources effectively.
Work closely with Operations to support production plans and site priorities.
