Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing is essential for this role.
• Proven track record in managing an engineering budget is necessary.
• IOSH certification is required; NEBOSH is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety documentation.
• Support with department procedures and facilitate audits.
• Develop the maintenance team through recruitment and performance management.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on business performance.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Identify improvement opportunities using Root Cause Analysis.
• Produce daily maintenance reports on machinery performance.
