Our client is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee all in‑house maintenance operations at their vibrant campus. Working Pattern: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5/7 shift pattern including split shifts

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be the backbone of our maintenance operations, responsible for:

• Leading and managing the planning, coordination, and delivery of all maintenance and repair works.
• Completing office condition reports and preparing costings for redecoration works.
• Overseeing hands‑on maintenance activities, including basic plumbing, changing light fittings, and responding to tenant requests.
• Managing a Maintenance Support Operative and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
