Job summary

Encyclis Limited in Birmingham, UK, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our Energy Recovery Facility. You will coordinate day-to-day activities of electrical and mechanical teams and contractors, embedding best practice to ensure assets are maintained safely, reliably and cost-effectively.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence, meet and exceed OEE and KPI targets, and collaborate with the Regional Engineering Team and peers across

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of plant maintenance experience, with hands-on or supervisory roles.
• Strong safety knowledge: SSOW and safety rules.
• Experience recruiting, developing and training multi-disciplinary teams.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Experience creating operating, emergency and safety procedures.
• Proficient in reporting and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of standards for regulated industrial environments.
• Experience liaising with regulators (Environment Agency, HSE).

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance function and site engineering teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of multi-discipline teams and contractors.
