Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience with PPM planning and breakdown reduction.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with front-line leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the site.
• Lead, manage and develop the maintenance team, ensuring workloads and priorities are effectively managed.
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance activities.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, plant performance and overall maintenance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and support the resolution of mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts and external contractors.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
