Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across manufacturing facilities in Staffordshire. You will oversee a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring plant, machinery and utilities run safely, efficiently and reliably.

The role focuses on preventative and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve production performance. Strong leadership and HSE compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance and TPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Drive plant reliability, uptime and KPI improvements.
• Manage CMMS, spare parts, budgets, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, OEE to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to improve performance.
