Job summary

Encyclis is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our new Walsall ERF site. You will own CMMS development, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, and deliver accurate outage plans in line with CDM requirements.

You will work with Engineering and Maintenance teams, manage contractors and promote safety through Encyclis's rules and procedures. A relevant technical qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning for large industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of CMMS, project management and contractor coordination.
• COSHH awareness and use of MS Project or Primavera is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own development and implementation of CMMS.
• Plan, prioritise and track maintenance activities and raise work orders.
• Create weekly/monthly CMMS reports for site management.
• Coordinate outages and liaise with O&M teams and maintenance departments.
• Lead procurement of maintenance services and manage contractors.
