Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily activities of our maintenance team across our holiday parks. You will manage staff, budgets, health and safety, and coordinate with external contractors to keep facilities, plant, and outdoor spaces in excellent condition.

The role requires strong leadership, a practical approach to repairs, and the ability to plan proactive maintenance while delivering high standards during weekends and peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance teams in leisure or holiday park settings.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Hands-on ability with plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and supervise the maintenance team.
• Plan and implement proactive maintenance schedules for plant and facilities.
• Coordinate with external contractors and manage budgets.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the park.
• Communicate with guests professionally and support peak-time operations.
• Schedule and oversee siting activities for holiday homes as needed.
