Haulfryn is recruiting for a Maintenance, Grounds & Hot Tub Person at Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park. The role combines property maintenance, grounds care and hot tub operations to keep the park in top condition and guest-ready.

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits. The role includes full-time and part-time options with 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota and bank holidays, in a stunning rural location.

• Experience in property maintenance, grounds work or a practical multi-skilled role.
• A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.

• Awareness of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
• Flexible approach to working hours, this role operates on a 5 out of 7 days schedule, including weekends, potentially 1 in every 4, as well as bank holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general property maintenance, including repairs and basic plumbing.
• Support grounds maintenance, mowing, trimming and seasonal works.
• Help maintain hot tubs, including water testing and reporting faults.
• Assist with accommodation readiness and high standard presentation for guests.
• Maintain stock levels of equipment, chemicals and consumables.
• Coordinate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth park operations.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Support park to meet five-star standards expected by owners and guests.

Location:Delamere Lakes, CW8 2HB

Salary:£27,248 full time (part time pro rata £13.30 per hour)

Hours: we are recruiting for both Full-time and Part-time positions
Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis and bank holidays)
Part-time, 16 hours per week (2 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis and bank holidays)

What You’ll Do

In this varied role, you will:

• Carry out general property maintenance including repairs, decorating and basic plumbing
• Support the upkeep and presentation of the park through grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming and seasonal works
• Help maintain all hot tubs, including water testing, compliance checks and reporting faults
• Support accommodation readiness, ensuring units are maintained to a high standard for guests
• Maintain stock levels of equipment, chemicals and consumables
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to support smooth park operations
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
• Help maintain the park to the five-star standards our owners and guests expect

Who We’re Looking For

Desirable:
