Job summary

Haulfryn is seeking a Hot Tub Maintenance Person for Devon Hills Holiday Park. The role is permanent, 35 hours per week (9:00–16:00, 5 days), with a competitive hourly rate of £13.10.

You will join the hot tub team, ensuring lodges’ hot tubs are safe, clean, and operational, and you will perform routine water tests and deep cleans. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on problem-solver who thrives outdoors and can work well with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the hot tub team across lodges, ensuring hot tubs function correctly and are maintained to a high standard
• Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing, deep cleaning on changeover days, and address issues promptly to minimise guest disruption
• Liaise with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep hot tubs in excellent condition
• Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and supplies
• Follow health and safety procedures and use PPE correctly
• Support a five-star guest experience by resolving faults and maintaining operational excellence across all hot tubs on site

What You’ll Do

As aHot Tub Maintenance Person, you will:

• Work as part of the hot tub team across a range of lodges, ensuring all hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to a high standard
• Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing, deep cleaning on changeover days, and address issues swiftly to minimise guest disruption
• Liaise with the housekeeping and maintenance teamsto ensure hot tubs remain in excellent condition
• Complete all compliance paperworkaccurately and on time
• Maintain stock levelsof chemicals, PPE, and relevant supplies
• Follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices and correct use of PPE
• Support a five-star guest experienceby resolving faults and maintaining operational excellence across all hot tubs on site

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking adependable, proactive team memberwith:

• Previous hot tub maintenance or basic water testing experience(desirable)
• COSHH experienceworking with commercial cleaning chemicals
• Good communication skillsand the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detailand a solid work ethic
• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers

• Desirable:Photometer usage, Pool Plant qualification, or PWTAG/BISHTA accreditation
