Job summary

Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking a Hot Tub Maintenance Person at Brokerswood Holiday Park to keep hot tubs safe, clean, and fully functional across lodges in a woodland setting.

You will work as part of a friendly team, performing regular water testing, routine cleaning, and compliance tasks while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations on site.

Qualifications

• Previous hot tub maintenance or basic water testing experience (desirable)
• COSHH experience when handling cleaning chemicals
• Good communication skills
• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the hot tub team across a range of lodges, ensuring all hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to a high standard
• Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing and deep-cleaning on changeover days
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep hot tubs in excellent condition
• Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and relevant supplies
• Follow health and safety procedures and ensure proper PPE use
• Support a five-star guest experience by resolving faults and maintaining operational excellence across all hot tubs on site

What You’ll Do

As a Hot Tub MaintenancePerson , you will:

• Goodcommunication skills and the ability towork both independently and as part of a team
• Strongattention to detail and a solid workethic
• Physicalfitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
• Desirable: Photometer usage, Pool Plantqualification, or PWTAG/BISHTA accreditation
