Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including weekends on arota basis and bank holidays)

WhatYou’ll Do

Inthis varied role, you will:

• Carry out generalproperty maintenance including repairs,decorating and basic plumbing
• Support the upkeep and presentation of the park through groundsmaintenance including mowing, trimming andseasonal wo rks
• Help maintain all hottubs , including water testing, compliance checks and reportingfaults
• Support accommodation readiness ,ensuring units are maintained to a high standard for guests
• Maintain stock levels of equipment,chemicals and consumables
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to support smooth park operations
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
• Help maintain the park to the five-starstandards our owners and guests expect

We’relooking for someone who brings:

• Experience in propertymaintenance, grounds work or a practical multi-skilled role
• A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills
• Pride in delivering high standards and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Awareness of Health &Safety and safe working practices
• Flexible approach to working hours,this role operates on a 5out of 7 days schedule, including weekends, potentially 1 in every4, as well as bank holiday availability.
• Hot tub or water testing experience
• COSHH experience
• PWTAG or BISHTA knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
