A leading manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee plant assets and site services. Part of a major international group, this modern manufacturing facility is recruiting an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead a team maintaining all plant assets and site services in a world-class production environment.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: West Midlands (commutable from Wolverhampton, Telford, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Stafford, North Birmingham)
Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance & Facilities Manager will be responsible for maximising the operating efficiency of the production plant, equipment, and site facilities. The role involves managing your team to ensure breakdown and planned maintenance are carried out safely and efficiently.
